THE BASICS:- This is a canon divergent G1 and IDW inspired Megatron RP blog.
- This blog will contain NSFW content and is intended for those over 18+
- Mod is 30+ he/him, Australian 🦉
- This blog mainly runs off a queue as I work full time in healthcare. Please don’t bug me for responses unless it’s been a month or more. To check threads, please visit my THREADTRACKER.
- This is a sideblog therefore I cannot follow from this blog. All follows will come from Loyal-Logik (my Shockwave blog). Please note that this blog will also be highly selective considering how canon divergent my Megatron is.
- Discord is available to mutuals, however, I do not rp over IMs.
- Ooc posts will be kept to an (attempted) minimum, and will be tagged as “OOC”. Please blacklist if you don’t wish to see.
- I have been writing Megatron since 2008. Every now and again, I may post things that are from my fics. If you're interested in reading my series, you can find it on my AO3 <3.MY VERSION OF MEGATRON:- While I will not base the entirety of this Megatron off my fics (linked above), there will be a lot of things that will stay from my universe on this blog. Megatron's past is filled with trauma, abuse, imprisonment, violence, murder and drug/alcohol abuse.
- If there are things you see on this blog that you don't agree with, please know that this may not be the blog for you to follow. My version of Megatron was written before the IDW (Origins/MTMTE) comics take, however, there have been loads of parallels that aligned and over the years I have been able to meld them into my take as well.
- Please note that my post-war Megatron is always undergoing therapy. Unless I am specifically Rping with a Rung, then his therapist is known as Karmashock (who is Megatron's therapist in my fic series and was written before MTMTE's Rung.).
- My Megatron hails from Kaon (not Tarn), this is due to a complete accident and mix up in locations back when I began writing Megatron. For some strange reason I thought he was from Kaon, and it's forever stuck in my head that he grew up there, in the slums. If you see me writing that he's from Kaon, this is why. It's just something that's stuck and now I've come to prefer it, which is why the pits are of Kaon and he took Kaon first when fighting for his rights.VERSES:- My main verse is a post war setting, however, I am just as happy to write pre war and during war Megs. Just know that if things are generally asked, I'll respond in a post-war setting unless specified :)
- While this blog is inspired by G1 and IDW, I do not follow the canon of MTMTE as I don't care for all of the timey whimey stuff that happened. Megatron also does not sport the Autobot badge. THIS POST explains my timeline and the events that led to the end of the war.
- I am highly OC friendly!
- I am happy to partake in crossovers, so long as I am familiar with the world.TRIGGERS:- I am open to rping most things. Generally speaking, you needn’t tag anything IC for me. However, I do ask that you tag drunk ooc posts with something along the lines of ‘cw/tw alcohol’.
- Due to the nature of the world I write in, this blog may contain gore, violence, death, drug mentions, sexual references and profanity. Mentions of hate crimes, phobias and racism may also be present due to Megatron's beliefs (please note that Megatron is exceptionally xenophobic!). I however do not condone any such behaviour.

- Do not force your headcanons onto me. We all bring a unique zest to canon characters, and this is the way I write Megatron. If you don't like it, then don't interact. It's that simple.

Megatron is as stubborn as they come. A ruthless leader, a fierce gladiator and a mech who stood up for those who were being crushed under the Functionist party. An innocent that had had enough, he raised an army for the freedoms and rights of the downtrodden, only to lose his way to the blindness of power and fury. A capable, intelligent but angry mech, it took the destruction of Cybertron to realise his path had strayed. Despite his aggressive nature, Megatron can be calm, collected and political, as well as creative. However, not many know the softness that Megatron can express, ruled by hate, power and destruction. A second chance may reveal who Megatron truly is.

- This is a multiship blog
- I will not write smut with mods or muses who are under 21. This is nonnegotiable.
- I write Megatron as bisexual, so he can and will be interested in both mechs and femmes.
- Megatron is not easy to romance, especially considering his background. While some parts of his earlier life he is willing to have a fling, the later parts of his life (and as Decepticon ruler), are not easy when it comes to accessing his spark.
- Megatron is a dominant presence, as he is also in the berth. If your are trying to overpower him in the berth, it won't end well.
- Megatron is hopeless at expressing himself romantically, especially at the start, but when he does fall for someone, it is fierce. Give him time and patience.
